scurry64 Pillar of the Community United States 900 Posts	Posted 04/07/2011 7:30 pm Greetings from south of the border. I know next to nothing about Canadian money. I have a 1999 Cent that looks unusual to me. QE2's eye does not look like a human eye. It looks like a cat eye. Is this how it always looks? I don't have another cent to compare it to.
