I found this one in a jar of change. Not sure what that is on it? I see alot of little scrape marks is that the result of cleaning or normal wear? What kind of grade?

Thats a dog son.

The light colored film on the upper portion of the obverse looks like lime scale.

Some one recently scraped it across a sidewalk. I do not think anyone would grade it.
