Kind of hard to see with all that glare, it appears to have at least two thirds of the horn showing, maybe all of it minus a good outline on the tip. As long as the rim and Liberty are separated from each other, then I would say a strong F-15, maybe VF-20

Looks VF to me, but appears cleaned in the photos. Could just be the extremely bright lighting.
