You've uploaded two pictures of the obverse and I'd say low AU.

Impossible to tell from these photos. Could be toned, could be enviroment damage.

My guesstimate is this coin is in the terminal cycle of toning and appears to be lightly circulated.

It's at the end of the toning cycle when the color turns black.
