Possibly 17th century Poland. Your coin, while not identical, has a resemblance to the coin shown on this link. The obverse has a (crowned) shield and the reverse an orb.

Would be interested to learn other opinions.

Sigismund III Vasa 1625, dreipolker, looks like Bydgoszcz mint, although looks pretty weird because I can't find any of these that have Z-5 (if I see good) for the date. There are 2-5 and Z-6/Z-7(1626/27)also there should be Z4/24 in the 'apple' but I can see only 4. Bit weird. I don't think it's a fake because they are pretty cheap. Is it possible to make better, sharper photos?

Indeed.
Both pictures are upside down.
The centershield is the arms of the Wasa dinasty (sheaf of grain)(not correct)
Under the shield is propably a 3, making it 3 polker
Or 1/24 thaler (as the 24 says on the orb)
The coin is from Georg Wilhelm (GE.WIL....), datet (16)25
I think you will find all you need here:
