Potential PVC Problem On Indian Set

gmwatson Valued Member United States 234 Posts	Posted 02/09/2017 12:34 pm This question is sort of a follow-up to an earlier question on a couple Indians which were a small part of a set I purchased. Although the photos were too poor to really evaluate, I do have another question for the group. The set I purchased had been kept in PVC flips for an extended period of time and then transferred to a Dansco by my LCD. I don't believe he did anything to the individual coins other than reholder them and I wanted to know if it is generally thought that the coins need to be rinsed given the PVC holders they were originally kept in. Within the bunch, there were a couple coins that looked to developing dark spots. My guess being from the PVC. Just have concern that the others might develop problems unless I take care to address.
