IMHO: A "sort-of" RADAR, I would not pay a premium. But, another collector out there may be willing to pay a premium if they collect numbers in that sequence.

Combination 2 digit BOOKENDS with a 4 digit internal REPEATER (somewhat of a stretch). It's only a dollar, so I would hold onto it.
