I received my Half Dollar Rolls from my mint order, opened the Philadelphia roll and found a few that look like the two at the top of the photo below (note the dishing near the date at the edge of the coin). The two at the bottom came from the same roll, added for lighting reference. I am not sure if this would be considered a slight broad strike or just some issue with the design that causes this at times. The design sort of wanders off the right side of the obverse anyway so it's difficult for me to tell if there is actually a rim there. Interesting. Is that area in question raised or incused? Maybe a Die Dent?   Errers and Varietys.

It is dished, appears high on the edge. I'll pick one and post some more pictures of it, but it will take some time - multitasking and have to go to Grandson's graduation from kindergarten this afternoon at some point

Obverse low light  Reverse  ...and I was so focused on the strike, I didn't notice this until a few hours ago when I was taking these pictures  |

here is a series of pictures taken at an angle from about 60deg to flat. I did this to try to show how it rolls to the edge as you can somewhat see by the way the affected area reflection changes as it rotates toward flat.  |
