Hi CC. I recently was rechecking a roll of 1971 cents I put up and came across this one. What caught my eye was the LIBE in Liberty. Not sure if this is a DDO but curious. I know the images are not the best I apologize, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

That is Die Deterioration Doubling.
