I do not collect these but if by CU you mean crisp un circulated (no folds, stains etc) then yes it should carry a premium.

I could see someone paying $9 to $11 for that note in CU condition. Book says $15, but we know that generally doesn't happen in reality.

Thanks! I paid $8 for two of them; both cu except one has the very end of one corner cut off. I DO NOT NEED TO GET HOOKED ON BILLS.......
