Is This 1812 Bust Half Dollar A Large Or Small 8 Variety?

I don't know if it's the overdate, though - the I in PLURIBUS seems to be in the wrong position compared to the T in STATES, which is a prime diagnostic for attributing Bust Halves. Conder101 Bedrock of the Community United States 17884 Posts	Posted 07/07/2011 5:03 pm Both overdate varieties for 1812 have the same reverse die and this isn't it On the overdates the right edge of the ribbon is under the right base of the A. On this coin it is under the left base of the M It is either rev D or E which both come paired with obv 5 I think this is rev D making this O-105 Report this Post to the Staff
