Thanks to all who contributed. I lowered this down from $298 to $250! The dealer was telling me that he had this one with him for almost a 1 1/2 years, so he was a happy to get rid of it.

What are those spots on the reverse above the eagle?

Forgot to say thanks to those who helped me out on the VAM too.

I don't know what those spots on the reverse are, they don't stand out as much in hand compared to the photo though.
