I've seen other BHLC's in ICG plastic. They tend to be slightly generous but not overly.

with you vermontensium at VF35 ICG was a tad optimistic here. VF30/35 range is way more like it today. The cleaning sure didn't help this one much, still all EACs are pretty cool no matter how bad they look.

I agree with VF-35 details. Too much wear for XF. A very nice buy for the price IMO.
