1881-H-Cent-T.-Feeha-Counterstamp
Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes.
Found this a few years back. It is an 1881-H cent with a counterstamp - I think it is T. FEEHA
The A is light and I don't see any letter after the A. FEEHA is an unusual name so I suspect there was a final letter that was not struck hard enough.
Any ideas?

Don't know but I think you are referring to the M in REGINA. Here's a pretty clear close up.
