They look to be. Also the leaves are either lightly struck or that's just the design on the new Morgans. I would have thought they would have looked sharper in detail than that. Can you get us cropped closeups of full coin shots of the obverse and reverse?

Definitely not die chips. Probably struck through some small debris.

Thanks for the cropped full coin shots. Like I was saying, I was hoping these would have sharper details. They put me in mind of a typical Morgan silver bullion round.

I have actually seen some of these with contact marks and scratches. Poor quality control on these unfortunately and I would have liked to see better luster. Your coin looks like a stuck through or a small hit of some kind.
