Not mine. Curious what the CCF thinks of this one.

I'm at VF-30. Date and stars are quite strong but high point wear shows moderate circulation. Love the color of this coin.

the scratch's on the obv appear to be from circulation as they are totally toned over however, I dont think it would grade straight.

I'm at VF25 details (scratched)

I'm at obverse VF-20, reverse F-15, net VF-20, details 98 code (damage).

I see two things that lead me to call it details. The first is a corrosion spot removed from the reverse, at the left upper shield. The second is possible graffiti on the obverse, visible both in the left obverse field between Liberty and star 3 and in the right obverse field between the middle curls and stars 11-12. Some of the scratches near the clasp and lower curl also look a bit more intentional (v-shaped) than circulation contacts.

The toning looks mostly original, and there is a nice circulation cameo. Details or not, this is a decent coin.

Fun coin - it's not a 4 punched over a 1, an engraver has added lines to change the 1 into a 4.
She has a good face, and original surfaces.
A TPG might grade this VF25, details.
