What caught my eye was the LIBE in Liberty. Not sure if this is a DDO but curious. I know the images are not the best I apologize, but any help would be greatly appreciated! But yes, this cent was struck by a worn out die, the 'Radial flow Lines' on the field show how the die was stretching and contracting under the pressure of the machine. Also the devices at the edges - notice how that 'doubling' all is trending towards the rim all the way around - another sign of a tired die. We just call it Die Deterioration Doubling as stated by others above. Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember.
