While noodling for a 1972 or 2007 double header I came across this coin.
The date and Queens name are completely smooth while the head
is hardly worn,reverse is normal.
Doesn't appear to have any machining

Oil-Filled-Die-On-5-Cent-Coin?

If the reverse looks normal then I agree, oil filled die.

i have seen a few with weak dates on the last digit so far but didnt keep em

I have noticed the same thing.
It was noticable, but not enough that I thought they were worth keeping.
