Hello, monetanova, and welcome to the forum!

The number of stars would be designation of a face value with 8 stars = 1 baht. So, this would be two baht of mid-1800's Thailand except ...

1) This denomination was produced in silver, not copper.
2) There are a couple of copper patterns for 2 baht, but their design doesn't match your piece.

My take on it is that you have a recently made fantasy coin.
