IMHO, I prefer number 1 by a longshot.
Number two looks dipped to me... although not enough to remove the luster.

I am not sure, but the 1893 being dipped is a possibility I had originally planned to keep one and sell one (back when I hadn't noticed the different dates  ), but now I think I will keep both.

Just purchased 1866 Indian Head cent. Price was right but I wish it was of higher grade. I guess we'll see when it arrives next week...
