Makes me wonder how he got such a good deal.... it's definitely a nice coin, and I agree with the grade, but does anyone have any common explanations for this? I guess someone sold a collection of coins to the dealer in order to get fast cash (therefore he got ~60% of FMV)? Or it was bought raw at a good price and submitted for MS63FH?

But still, even if this was the case, I don't quite understand why he would offer the coin at 75% of FMV to start with (even if he was ultimately willing to take that, or less).
