Ok...when I first saw this coin I thought for sure it was just a really nice Greaser that someone decided to put in a vice and squeeze another penny to it.....but I looked up Brockage and now I'm not sure....i was wondering how to tell the difference.

It's struck through a clashed die cap I believe. They're rare, but this one is overpriced in my opinion.

I'm rethinking this now, but it would make sense if it were struck through a clashed cap.

In any case it's not selling.

As errorcoins222 said, this cent was struck once through a clashed cap that rotated after the clash but before the strike that generated this coin. A clashed cap strike is a form of brockage. It's a secondary brockage instead of a primary brockage. A primary brockage is generated by the original raised design on a coin.

It's probably not selling for two reasons - the large corrosion spot on the obverse and that the price is way too high.
