dbrablec Pillar of the Community United States 1944 Posts	Posted 08/09/2012 3:03 pm i think I have the small date correct, but would like confirmation. i also have a question about what is going on on the inside loop of the 9 and the 6 (second image). it really dosen't look like Machine Doubling (to me), but it also does not look like anything I can match it with on coppercoins site. opinions are appreciated. thanks. digitect New Member United States 19 Posts	Posted 08/09/2012 4:18 pm The top of 9 appearing lower than the top of the 1 is how I tell. If they look about even or the 9 is higher, it is Large Date. Supposedly the direction of 9's upper curl, more toward the center of the 6 than it's bottom is another, but I find this less reliable than the 1-9 top test. Report this Post to the Staff
