Justin...No problem.... I was with Jeff at FUN, he never said anything about them. No harm done. I spotted this on Glenn's site the other day. I have decided to do a Date Set in AU 58 - 58+ as I have a few really flawless AU-58's or as I like to call them AU-64's.

I like that coin, Mike, but I think your 62 of the same date is even more amazing.

Justin....
I'd say you did pretty good with the grades.
I went back and graded them myself and here is my take:
92-P XF 45 ( same ) 95-O VF 20 ( I can't get to their 30 ) 00-S VF 20 ( I don't like it for a 25 ) 08-P VF 25 ( not quite a 30 IMHO ) 09-P VF 20 ( 1909 is among the better strikes - they gifted a 25 ) 15-D VF 35 ( same )
They're all nice coins and this was a good excercise for me. As I said, JMHO.

Mike, I agree that they gifted some of the coins.
Me expected grades were:
40 25 15 25 20 35

That 1892- Phila is a lock 45 - perfect for the grade.
The 1915-D is a nice 35 - and on a good day - it could squeak a 40, IMHO !

I threw in a bid for a minor upgrade for my Quarter set. Last night, I went back onto HA.COM's site, and I won:

Here's one I nabbed from an auction last night ... I figured out that this was the Gene Gardner coin, and man, that fellow really had an eye for beautifully toned coins ... just the way I like! I found these photos in the Heritage archives. MS66 PCGS-CAC 1916 dime, not a rare date but an awfully pretty example, last year of issue. Enjoy! Best Regards, George
