I'm very new to all of this and I was looking at two 1970S Lincoln cents and the L in Liberty on this one looked different. Would this be a mint error or post mint damage? Any help appreciated.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like a small date example yes? The 9 pointing to the middle of the seven rather than the bottom?

Thanks all. That's what I suspected, but wanted to make sure.
