The coins might be behind film or plastic.
I can't see any detail on the feathers and some of the upper leaves seem very worn.
So GF/AVF.

I'd say VF (The eagle's head does look a bit flat. But I suppose that this could have been from the strike.)

It's a good point however I would expect more detail on the shield and on the reverse ribbon for a VF coin.

I would say a low VF. I could believe a strong F too. I wonder if it has scratches, seems like there are diagonal lines on the reverse.

I must admit I didn't notice the diagonal stripe on the reverse.
