Well heres mine - no where near as nice, but I'm pretty happy with it. cleaned by my own fair hands (might have cleaned it a bit more than this). Tucked away at the minute, but heres a picture. The A B on eithe rside of the helmet mean ALEXANDER BASILIEUS (...around there) (King Alexander, i.e. Alexander III (the great)). Mine has a gorgon's head on a small stumpy flan - theres probably a few variations around. Im sure a couple of people around here will have one. Its a nice type! Post em ere, lets have a look. I assume it is a thunderbolt and not some sort of star? EDIT: There were lots of different centers...hmmm...would make a good collection Also, its minted anonymously by god knows who, but the BA does stand for Alex the Great.
