KoolKat Valued Member Canada 210 Posts	Posted 01/30/2014 11:11 pm If you had a 9 after the 3, you would have a radar bill,so close! from what I understand about these rarities, the more unusual the number, the more its worth to collectors. I have seen and passed up many cool numbers on bills, because I did not know the values, now I check every bill, if I were you, I would keep it.
