I like it SamYang9. Can you tell us more about it? What year? What is it made out of - it looks bi-metallic? What does the other side look like? Etc.

Did you buy your zodiac coin somehow in a circulated form?

Very nice, Bertensgrad! I would take it out of the flip if I were you, but it's your call.

I have a penny much like that one above except it's Edwardian if memory serves. But I don't carry that one around. I recently switched pocket pieces from a 2014 ASE to one of those bronze tokens that comes with the old Mint Souvenir packs. This one's Denver.

Why did you decide to switch.
I have a small type collection of English and dominion large pennies. Just enough to fill in a few pages. Great Britain, South Africa Australia Canada and Ireland.

Gee, your pockets must feel like they have bricks in them. Good progress, though!

My other "pocket" piece. I keep my keys on a lanyard around my neck and use a holed and counterstamped 40%er I found role hunting on my truck key ring along with some tax tokens. All of the keys spent 23 1/2 hours in my desk drawer at work or on my kitchen table, otherwise they are on my neck while driving except for the Kennedy ring. I don;t know how it has worn so much other than from bouncing around in the ignition switch while driving over all of the potholes round these parts. The red key for my red truck usually has a silver shimmer to it. I can see the rubbing on the keys wearing the obverse and the reverse but the reeding has pretty much worn off between 1 and 11 where it wasn't protected by the ring. Before: After:

Will pocket pieces not acquire heavy darker toning while they are in use?
