vince1977 Pillar of the Community Netherlands 847 Posts	Posted 04/10/2014 12:07 pm Hello Forum Members, Ive got this (probably Spanish copper coins in my collection) Which I Can't identify. The shape is rare and some of them have an date on the coin. One 163? and one 165? . Probably all in 17th century coins. It looks that they all have small stamps in it and they used a few small stamps on a copper round plate. Wondering what you guys think.. Best regardds, Vincent Report this Post to the Staff

minidude1111 Valued Member Canada 115 Posts	Posted 04/15/2014 7:16 pm these are Maradevis coins from Spain the reason the are odd shaped is because each of these coins were hand struck. now the Maradevis was made in multiple denominations not being an expert in Spanish coins I could not tell you which denomination but I do know that it was made in the denominations 1 2 4 and 8 Maradevis Report this Post to the Staff
