Last year Superman gold coin had also a mintage of 2,000. You can buy it right now so that means that many of them are still on flippers (or others not collectors) hand. Not even 2,000 Superman collectors worldwide bought it. So the same will happen with this 2014 coin. What do you think?
Ya sure if you want to pay 2000+ for it find me one for 750 or 1000 I'll buy it right now.I can't afford nor would I pay 2000 for it I think that's why there is still some left.
The girl at Canada Post just called me and said she tried to order it again with no luck. So I think your correct JW...direct ship has sailed into the sunset !
I wasn't talking about prices. The market price is more than double than the issue price. There is no question about that.
I read many times that Superman is a very known name worldwide with a lot of fans so I was just pointing out that it seemed to me strange that not even 2,000 of them have the gold coin. Obviously, there are more than 2,000 rich Superman fans worldwide.
