doctorman1941 Pillar of the Community Canada 504 Posts	Posted 05/16/2014 3:47 pm I picked up a few 20 dollar bills in Victoriaville Quebec this week at a money machine and I noticed one looked like a radar note. I do not collect bills so I know very little about them. The serial number reads BIV 3595953.Hope someone on this forum can help. Report this Post to the Staff
