Not water line , extra whisker . Note on the last whisker another whisker can be seen . Any opinions ? Had found 5 in a roll just like this one

In my opinion it isn't uncommon to see extra metal by whiskers and claws.

It looks like your coin has a die shift. It makes some or all of the reverse look doubled. If you look at the 5 Cents, 2001, and the Canada, to me they look doubled, which would also affect some other parts of the coin, like the water line.
