Vcoins Delay - What Should I Do?

Firstly, I'd like to say officially say hello. I've been a lurker for quite a number of months and you guys have certainly spurred my interest in ancient coins.

I recently encountered an issue with a purchase I made on Vcoins on 16 November. Til today my account indicates that the order is still "processing".

I contacted the dealer several times through VCoins and email over the past couple of weeks enquiring about the delay, all of which he has not replied. I would really like to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, as delays can occur for many reasons. Nonetheless, I must admit it is quite irritating to not receive any replies at all.

I've ordered from VCoins before from a different dealer and for a less substantial amount of $, and did not encounter any problems. I was just wondering what I should do now?

I similarly ordered some coins from Numismall on the same day and they came in the mail weeks ago.
