The immediate stuff that comes to my mind:

**50for50 coins - exact fit - anyway they comes on the "paper" package.

**20for20 coins - with some enhancement will fit good (same as 50for50 comes without proper storage)

**any subset of 1/2oz silver coins like "Maple leaf forever", "Zodiac" or any single group of 1/2oz silver coins - for majority of them package adds nothing, so why to keep them separated.

**Throw it - anyway it cheap box, although could be sold for some small money and could be useful for "just in case".

Maybe OP could include 10 miniature, unmarked headstones.

If to be very creative, the stones could be taken from this:

significant difference:
Not anytime and not everywhere and not to everyone CP gave it.
And CA - just browse'n'buy.

Don't you surprised same way about any "freebie", that re-sold after then? For example collectors cards: Mint gives for free, dealers sell.
