what do you Think is a fair price for this Philadelphia bill?
This bill is without folds, cuts or pinholes.
The paper is strong.
I mean he is in genuine UNC condition.

I can't help with value because I know nothing about currency this old (I'm trying to learn, I swear!) but I do like how the ink from the two signatures has oxidized differently. This is very cool... a $7 note. Now THAT's what we need circulating in the US right now.

What's the actual size of that guy?

Hard to tell the condition form the picture, but I suggest getting it graded by PMG or PCGS. Good Unc notes can go for several thousand(65s or 66s) while AU notes sell for $500 plus.

I agree with BisonMatt...get it certified...for a couple of reasons; authentication and protection.
