These are bargain bin finds that I doubt have any real value, but they intrigued me. Despite some design variances, they seem pretty obviously to me to be from the same country of origin (but which one precisely that'd be I don't know; I was thinking someplace in southeast Asia, but I suppose the likes of a Tibet, Nepal, or Mongolia could be in play also). Nor do I have a clue regarding dating or denomination. Seem to be struck in bronze, with a diameter just over 24mm. I'm pretty confident I have the side with the central dragon motif properly oriented, although for the other side I've just relied upon my intuition for what looks right.
