Hard to tell from the pictures. Can see what looks like a bit of luster on the reverse. I'll open the "grade bidding" with AU55.

Very hard to tell from pics. Try to put a piece of paper between the coin and light source.

Looks EF-ish and likely cleaned as noted.

Although I don't see any obvious signs of a fake, this date is expensive in EF and higher grades and authenticity should always be a concern. How's the weight? Anything unusual about the edge, like a casting seam or abnormal reeding? If you are considering a purchase you need to be properly cautious.
