More than likely. His BIN price was $475 and then he removed it. Probably clueless it's a counterfeit most likely...

The reverse has somewhat of a cartwheel of luster so maybe it's real, but also I doubt it.

TERRIBLE pics, my god. I don't know how anyone would bid a starting bid of $250 with those pics + no returns

S mintmark looks suspicious in this one too, bad pics. Looks too tall.

S mint looks slanted a bit, not sure what # this one would match up with. If anyone could get me a link to the website with different mintmark positions that'd be great.

I don't think the first one was removed. It says sold...

He has also sold 2 other 1909 S VDB's in the past month and a 1909 S in the past 6 months according to his feedback... No way he was sitting on 4 of these coins, and sold them all that cheap...

Where's the red flad emoticon?

Somebody paid $475 for 99.9% chance of getting a Chinese fake. The pictures were an absolute joke, completely out of focus. The number of fakes on ebay these days is mind-blowing.

Agree the MM on the second example looks too big/tall.

The third example could only be Die #1, but without a close-up you couldn't confirm it.

His ebay site has a PCGS graded 1881-S Morgan $ listed at $2,300. ebay item # 262102043707

Of course we all have different opinions of grade but the coin in that PCGS slab looks more like an MS40. It is the worst PCGS MS 65 coin I have ever seen. Looks very fishy to me. What do you guys think?

That 1888 S morgan looks like a counterfeit. The date is just wrong.

Yet again...
