I think you can still make out the top of an O mintmark there in the lower reverse in the bow, so this is identifiable. Obverse lettering is 1/3 gone as are all the rims. It's definitely a lowball candidate. The obverse might have enough left to keep it FR-2 overall, but the reverse is about maxed out on wear.

Here's a lowballer for ya! It's an 1876 Seated Liberty dime. It was a Coinstar reject bin find.
