It brings back memories of being a kid and hunting for that elusive key date, and being convinced I'd never get one unless someone gave it to me as a present. And putting together a gorgeous BU set of common dates is a great idea. Though they're not rare, they're beautiful to look at. I think that's one of the many reasons we all collect coins--to have something beautiful to look at. Report this Post to the Staff
turingmach Pillar of the Community United States 607 Posts	Posted 12/18/2015 4:24 pm 1950-D Jefferson, because it was the closest to a "key" date anything I could afford as a kid; 1964 Roosevelt, for no other reason than I like the toning; 1970-D Kennedy—even though it's a strike not meant for circulation—because this was the other "key" date I could afford as a kid, and I was certain it would make me fabulously wealthy. Silver roosie's in ch.to gem bu are very underrated .Wait for them to pop when Silver does.
