Well finally decided to buy my first 1921 Mercury dime. Found this one for 69$ with shipping included. How do you guys think I did. I had been looking for one for awhile that would fit in my budget, I own my own pest control company so work is slow in the winter, when I saw this one I thought it was a decent price. Thanks for looking.

You did OK. And don't forget, you got coin with a mintage of less than most of that series.
Rest in Peace

oh man, I guess I'll have the finicky opinion...

I would have thought too many scratches and few digs to make problem free. Buy the coin, not the holder. Send this back 10 times and it makes details 8 out of 10.

I'd keep looking.
Rest in Peace

Dsfreeworld - he already owns it.

For the money you have a coin many would enjoy owning and I hope you do.

I think the grade is fine considering it has been circulated well, the cost associate with the slab. A raw coin would probably cost just the same. IMO!

In my opinion ..
The camera shows the hits much more than the eye sees in hand.

I see a lot of these coins in AG/G grades

You filled a harder hole in the series for a good price

Yeah I'm happy with it. Hoping one day when I have more money to upgrade it. Next is the 21d then gonna start saving for the 42/1 and 16d.
