gunbarrelcoins New Member United States 39 Posts	Posted 02/23/2017 6:26 pm I took a look at it under the microscope and it's in the plastic not on the coin. The hair left in impression in the plastic and the light hits it in a way that it looks like an incuse line. Tom Report this Post to the Staff
