Why is there such a huge difference between Charlton & Trends prices for which obverse?

Trends shows NFLD 1888 5c Obv.2 $2000 and Obv.3 $170 in F12.

Those prices are a bit high, but they try to reflect the RARITY of the 1888 Obv.2.
