2017 Classic Coins Mintage Numbers - Coin Community Forum

With this year being Canada 150 I am guessing they will produce tons of My Inspiration coins. Any thoughts what the mintage's will be for both. Report this Post to the Staff

Quatchi Valued Member Canada 228 Posts	Posted 05/31/2017 11:32 pm The 2017 classic designs are not being issued for circulation, but are available in the various uncirculated mint sets in standard circulation finish. They are also available in special wrapped rolls. As far as mintage goes, we'll probably have to wait and see how many of these products will be produced to know for sure. As for the 2017 150th anniversary coin mintages go, I would guess that coins will be minted to suit demand. I got myself 4 sets and I am very happy with the coins. It only costs $24.95, or double the face value of the coins. Report this Post to the Staff
punman Pillar of the Community Canada 849 Posts	Posted 06/01/2017 12:26 pm $24.95 plus GST is $26.20. Face value of coins is $3.90. Not even close to double face value. Try almost 7 times face value. I bought a set myself but do not really consider it to be a bargain. Report this Post to the Staff
