1968 Dime - Foreign Planchette Or PMD?

It's pretty beat up but I've seen beat up dimes before and they don't have this weird rim. Wrong planchette or PMD? (I don't have a scale but I'll try to get it weighed at the post office or something later) Report this Post to the Staff
