I would say no unless it has a very fancy serial number or some sort of printing error.

if it has a fancy serial or Star or BOTH on it then it would be a keeper

Doesn't hurt to be a series 1928 either
Nice low serial number!

Coinfrog: THANKS! It's my favorite note because it's a star note on $50. This represents the 50 stars on US Flag.

You can call it: DOUBLE QUAD, STAR NOTE, LOW SERIAL, BINARY, FLIPPER (00009999 - 66660000), 4-DIGIT MINI SOLID (9999), STEP LADDER from 0 to 9 (0000 to 9999)!

Rest in Peace

Just out of curiosity I went to USPaperMoney.info to see what the print run was. It shows none.

Is this page still under construction? http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f1988_l.html

Spend it. Take it to the coin shop and use it to buy a graded note of your choice.

Thank you everyone. The tellers and managers all thought it was counterfeit! I'm getting old!
