As most of you know, this is the most common of the large size notes by far, with over 2.4 billion (yes!) printed with this signature combination alone.

I had the opportunity yesterday, along with 7 other people, to buy a single example from a run of 43 consecutive notes from an original pack. Price was $99, which seemed vary fair. We drew straws, I got #4 pick, and here it is - looks like it was printed yesterday.

Nice example Mr.Frog.

I see more consecutive notes from this series than any other large size note.

I can only imagine what the first three people got -- but that note looks perfect! Nice.

Enjoy.

Very nice. I have a run of 10 consecutive notes with this signature combo.

Nice note, Frog. One of these days I'll add one of the 2.4B to my collection.

Believe it or not, the BEP didn't exceed that print run until the Julian/Snyder 1935-C Silver Certificates, printed in 1945/46.
