Quote:I've bought tons of stuff on ebay, and am always amazed how everything gets bid right up about where it should be. This attests to my own ignorance of foreigns, ancients, varieties, all that, but in for regular US stuff I've never seen much of a bargain, just too many eyeballs. Buy It Now & Best Offers! I've never really gotten a good deal via auction.

Quote: Latest Deal is a 11 coin uncirculated War Nickel set in a Capital holder for $32.00. Quote: One of my better purchases for the year so far. Picked it up for a whopping $55. Outstanding!

Best ebay Score in a long time. Four rolls of Mercury dimes for $75.00 + $13.00 shipping (overcharged a little there but I'm not complaining). That comes to $22.00 a roll. Nothing high grade just circulated common dates with a few culls.

First deal on gold in awhile. Boxes are a bit beat up but coins and COA are nice. Bought and delivered Saturday for $419.99 (a little over $100 below melt).

A few weeks ago, I accidentally bought a 1942 type 1 proof nickel for $10. Terrible seller pics, I thought it might be a 1942 type 1 with a decent shot at full steps. Seller did not have it labeled as a proof. More recently, I bought a 1950 proof nickel, sold by a major ebay store for $5, no mention of proof in the listing. Seller pics were also not that great, but it looked like crisp steps, so even an MS coin would have been a good deal at that price. Also picked up two different uncirculated 1954-S 5c FS-801 DDR nickels with nice toning from different sellers for $6 apiece.
