1984 LMC DD Need Help Please

Need help with this one there is a 2nd Lincoln in the memorial in the column to the right. Would it be considered an error as I haven't seen any like this one1984-LMC-DD-Need-Help-Please

Looks like a stain or a clash. Not a doubled die.

Okay thanks for that information. Would it be considered a minor clash error since there a 2nd Lincoln in the memorial?

"IF" it is a clash it would be a very minor one. Close up pics might help to tell what is going on with it.

I would be suspicious of a clash without seeing a possible obverse overlay.

A clash should be higher, but if the die rotated a bit it could be in another location:
